Very pleasantly surprised by our stay here! Was a bit wary with the mixed reviews, but we stayed here for a long weekend to ski. From our room patio we were able to walk straight out to the lift lines which was perfect! Room was actually in fairly good condition, seemed updated! We took advantage of the arcade and the indoor pool. Couple of the games were out if order but we still had a good time. Pretty large resort with somewhat confusing signage, and not a ton of food options. Many places required reservations ahead of time. Overal would stay here again!

The hotel was really nice. The rooms looked good and because I was at the top floor the views facing the slopes were really front and center in the best way possible. It was interesting though that the restaurants are all cashless and took a bit of a walk even while being in the 4th floor.

Wow! This place is beautiful and huge! Pretty sure I lost weight just walking the hallways to different areas. My stay was a quick business trip so I didn't get to do the various activities like golf, alpine slide or ski lift, bowling etc. The spa was very pricy so I didn't go there even though I really could have used the relaxation massage. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Our dinners were mediocre and lunch was 2 stars at best but if I had the time and funds it would make a good get away with my husband or even my son.

We have attended family wedding. What a nice place to be. Exceptionally well maintained. It was hot day. Hot day made it harder to enjoy the meal. Air wasn’t moving in dining area. It was green house but it would have been more fun if we were able to enjoy the meal. Good wedding place instead of conventional wedding halls.

We rented a suite for two days. Great space and quite comfortable for a ski resort. Slopeside views from windows. Lovely. Oddly kitchenette had no items to wash dishes or dishwasher. Also lacked serving dishes. Did have microwave and coffee maker. No blankets in room but sheets and pillows on sofa bed and Murphy bed. Also no duvet on master bed. No maid service at all forvour 2 day stay and at $1200 per day that's just not ok. Service in resort and resort amenities good though. Enjoyed our stay but they need to up their sleeping room game. Shout out to Slopeside breakfast...excellent and efficient. And Wilis ski shop went above and beyond servicing our race equipment.

A pleasant surprise! Initially, I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy it, the front entrance is a little old fashioned but our room was lovely and the view was stunning. Leaving the mountain takes a while, so dining at the resort is a must, and I really enjoyed the food. I would definitely visit again.

Only stayed for one night on a trip over Thanksgiving weekend. Bathroom had hair and other matter from previous guests and resort is huge, took a while to navigate hallways. Restaurant was disappointing but Helen's was awesome!
